In these challenging times, therapists deserve a training that can fulfill a restorative necessity. Please join me in a couple of nourishing days at the Society Hotel in Bingen, Washington (the beautiful Columbia River Gorge). There, we will explore the capacity we have to hold dissonance, joy, grief and trauma without the urgency that our world is pushing us. My methodology begins with the intention to support your whole being as you are - body, mind, emotions, essence. We’ll explore the ways that engaging in somatic practices can support us as clinicians by helping us remain present and conscious and tend to our own needs while helping others. While there will be time for client consultation through the lens of ethical authenticity, somatic integration in psychotherapy, and exploration of connection through polyvagal theory states, my intention is YOU first. We’ll have optional yoga practice, meditation and time for soaking in Society Hotel’s amazing spa area. Food will be partially catered and partially on your own in White Salmon, Hood River or in the small cafe at the hotel. I will offer more details in a personal email once you’ve registered. I’m so excited to welcome this intimate group of wise humans together. Grab your spot now!
