Yoga
As a yoga teacher, I focus on alignment and consciousness of each pose while tapping in to the fluid movements of the body, mind and breath in unison. Even amongst the deep breathing and flowing movements, I remain dedicated to helping each student find the heart of their own practice, returning again and again to observation and acceptance. Yoga is an invaluable practice.
