			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Happy Summer Everyone! Hope this finds you all well. After a short break, we will begin our new Yoga series on July 12th. This month we&#8217;ll be focusing on a more traditional Hatha Yoga practice. While we&#8217;ll begin with sun salutations, we&#8217;ll put our vinyasas aside for a few weeks to focus more on specific asanas (poses). This practice, while slower moving than a vinyasa or flowing class, will be strengthening and powerful in a different way. We&#8217;ll hold poses for a little longer (that means Warrior poses, too) to really allow for insight into how the body, heart and mind work together and benefit from our Yoga. We&#8217;ll explore the subtle balance between strengthening and toning the body and relaxing into the stretch. All of the work we do physically provides a unique insight into our emotional relationship with ourselves, our bodies, our choices and our life.</p>
<p>As always, class will be well-rounded and will include breath-work (pranayama) and meditation.</p>
<p>This four class series is $48 pre-paid. Please know that if you would like to attend even one class, we&#8217;d be glad to have you, though coming for the whole series has a slew of benefits and we&#8217;d love to see you for the whole month. Classes will be held July 19th, 26th, August 2nd and 9th.</p>

<p>Of course, if you don&#8217;t feel the series class is right for you, but you&#8217;d like to do some yoga with me, I&#8217;m always available for private and couples yoga sessions as well as counseling.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Join me in June as we explore the balancing effects of a special Vinyasa/Yin Yoga series. Yin has such restorative and balancing benefits. We hold seated and supine poses for 1-5 minutes as a way to stretch deeply into the connective tissue in the body. As a Chinese practice, it is said to balance the Chi and open the meridian lines in the body. It&#8217;s a very cool and possibly challenging opportunity to explore your mindfulness. We&#8217;ll start each practice with a few minutes of vinyasa and include some strengthening poses throughout the class, ending, of course, in savasana for relaxation and rejuvenation.</p>
<p>If you haven&#8217;t been to class in a while, WE (still) MISS YOU! Summer is (supposedly) just around the corner. Come enjoy the beginning of our late night lightness together.</p>
<p>The dates for this series are June 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th. Classes are $48 prepaid. If you want to come but know you&#8217;re going to miss a class or two, please just let me know. Pro-rated rates are available. Email or call me to confirm your spot in this series.</p>
